Meet some friends for a drink after work/school or wherever you are. Friends always help, I wish I had some friends here in London. That's what I would do! Or if you're looking for a quick fix, go get some coffee and a cookie, fresh air always works. Cheer up! have a good day and try to think postive. :)

Hi....I was at your point once then i realize that Im always hoping someone would say hello or someone would say nice things, but hoping does not bring much joy so I turn it around..and made a point to say at least 5 nice things to anyone I see.e.g. Hi i like your new hair style, it makes you look great!! or hey those shoes are great, take me to the store you bought them NOW!! ...all in a joyous tone, with your face beaming full of sincerity...and at the end of the day, you will be filled with happyness and confidence for saying great things which in wonders will be thanked or mentioned..it builds characther and also makes you a popular person to be with..Love is the art of giving..it comes in many forms..
"Hey.. i like that smile...its the rainbow without the rain!!"

Well its a little difficult to be specific as you dont give much information...hence you can only expect to gewt generic overall advice. Perhaps if you had given more time to your question you might have been able to expect more helpful answers. Is this the way you deal with your life in general?
Are you depressed or just a little fed up?
I guess you are just a little lazy...so the fact is ..you get out only what you put in. This world/life does not owe you happiness you must go out and get it yourself....
The best way to life yourself is to give love to someone else.
This can be a stranger,or an animal. It just has to be a real projection of Love...(a smile perhaps would do)..Love will rebound from the universe many times over....
This is simple to do and absolutely works every time.

Do a quick burst of exercise that will release your happy hormones and cheer you up. Do you need motivation to exercise? Take a look on the GMTV website and glimpse at the 42 stone woman on there. Enough for me to start my healthy eating regime this morning.

look at photos of animals- especially kittens and puppies they never fail to keep me smiling! read jokes online they're also really effective.
as for the motivation part- why not set aside some realistic goals? for example, lose 5 pounds in a month, or save up to get a new plasma tv?

Do what that guy from Australia did and hang a cardboard sign round you neck that reads FREE HUGS. Go stand in the street and feel the love! Hugs are always nice.

Take yourself away from the computer and phone a friend, eat something nice, just take yourself away from what you're doing and just try to be possitive.
