1.girls that have to be in a group of a bunch boys and gradually the boys start to like the girl like in ouran host club
2. when a girl moves in with a boy because the parents had to go some where like in daa daa daa
3.or when a girl lives next to a boy in apartments or houses.
anyway i would like the anime to have alot of drama

Well, all three are classic situations, and there are many anime about them.
To make it clear, this is what I think you mean by your requirements:
1. The we finally get along and I started to like you type story.
2. The living together... alone type story.
3. The girl next door type story.
Okay, there are a lot, but here's what I remember for now:
1. Candy-Candy, in the story arc where Candy first met Terry. Card Captor Sakura, XiaoLang and Sakura story.
2. Onegai Teacher. Midori no Hibi. Hand Maid May (kinda). Angel Tales (kinda). Aaa Megami-sama (kinda).
3. Hand Maid May.
