I don't know about the circulation thing, but I know I wear a bra to bed sometimes. I also lie on my stomach, but I do usually put a pillow under my stomach so there is not tremendous pressure on my chest. You can try one of those tank tops with built in support. They won't be as restricting as a bra, but will provide some degree of support.

If it's more comfortable to wear a bra to bed, then go for it. I've been known to wear a sports bra, but only because it's more like a little t-shirt, rather than a real bulky bra and I find the sports bras more comfortable anyway. As for how you lie, it's up to your comfort level. If you can handle squashing them into the mattress, then sleep that way, I on the other hand cannot do that.

You can wear a sports bra in bed (prob best if it's not too tight though!) or some pjs have support - I've got some good ones from marks and spencers but expect you can get them anywhere. It's actually better to have some support in bed cos it stops your breasts going so saggy. Don't worry about askin daft questions - answers is for questions that you can't ask anyone else! xx

I'm big too and after wearing a bra all day, I can't wait to get that thing off!!! I've never had a problem, it feels so free to not have it on. You could get a real loose comfy bra that is not binding but adds a little support. I lay in a way where I use the blanket to add a little support. I bunch it up a little under me to support. I cannot lie on my front, it is too uncomfortable.

Yes it is okay to wear a bra to bed. A couple of months ago there was a doc on Oprah that said to wear a bra to bed to help keep them from sagging. They also said you shouldn't wear underwear to bed so that you can let your nether regions "breathe". Now, I have a problem not wearing anything to bed too, but they also said that you could wear boxers or something else loose.

Personally, I don't like wearing a bra to bed even though I'm very big myself. I occasionally lie on my front - but sometimes they can get in the way! lol
Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. It doesn't matter what people on here think. :-)

As long as you don't wear an underwire bra you should be fine.
I sometimes wear a non wired bra in bed.
I can't sleep on my chest as its uncomfortable for me but if you can then do whichever is most comfortabe for you.
If you are pregnant then they used to advise you to wear a bra in bed not sure if they do now though

It's better to go to bed without a bra, as they can hinder the circulation which can result in formation of lumps. Not sure if it's okay to lie on front, but of course it's best not to.. :)
