Over stimulation. You trying to hard to be excited.
You can't accept the lows because you never had any real hardships.
But that is only a guess.
Most people are bored. Life is not thrill after thrill like in movies.

well, u maybe think u re not boring person, but if u weren't boring person u wouldn't be bored all the time cos u would have had loads of friends and loads of activities. or just loads of activities. and if u re that bored there os always one cure - gym. stay there as long as u re bored, then u will be just tired so not bored

Try to use the "self" as entertainment. Sit alone with no distractions and see if you can find things that are amusing drifting into your head. Don't watch TV, it kills your creativity. Stop checking your e-mail all the time (if you do). Read a book you think you'll like and have fun imagining all the scenarios and characters.

boredem is the sign of a weak mind so just don't be bored. However, if that is not what you are looking for you could read a book or watch a movie, talk to a friend or go outside...the possibilities are endless just go and do something.

go out and have some fun! go down to the local bar or amusemnt park and just get loads of energy in your body. Maybe you have a bf/gf. Maybe there the ones that aren't fun. Get up from the couch! good luck :)
