general rule is if her cycle is regular then count the first day of her period as day 1 then count up to day 14 that is generally the ovulation day, although i would start doing the baby dance around day 10 then day 12 then day 14 every other day to let the sperm build back up and to have a better chance because sperm can live in the vagina for 3 days some say 5 although i have never been told that by my Dr(he has only told me 3 days to be safe) best wishes and good luck

14 days before her next expected period. If she has a regular 28 day cycle than your best days to try would be days 12, 14, 16, 18. Good Luck!

women usually ovulate a week before or a week after their period, but there are some home tests you can by at the store to help determine ovulation.
