We are planning to buy a Home and the Home is covered with almost 20 Huge Trees. which is affecting the view of the home. We are planning on getting these removed but not sure how much it would cost us in PA to get them removed and what other things we need to be aware about before we buy this property

Figure an average of $1,500 per tree to cut down and another $500 per tree to cut up and remove.
Check the exterior of the house for mold, moss, mildew if the trees block sunlight from getting to the house.
Check for blockage, by roots, of any sewer and drain lines on the property.
Before cutting down all of those trees, consider consulting with a landscape architect and/or tree surgeon. Maybe the trees can be thinned and shaped so they are more attractive and useful.

It seems like such a waste to destroy all of those trees. I am no tree hugger.

if you live in pa there should be a timber management co. you could call and have them assess the value of the trees. you could turn a profit instead of paying out to have this done.
