A good cell phone plan? My sister-in-law called us from there a couple years ago and it didn't cost her anything other then her $60/month cell plan.

Here's what I would do. I would download the program Skype from downloads.com (here http://www.download.com/Skype/3000-2349_4-10617596.html?tag=lst-0-1

if you have a microphone and speakers, you can then call anyone who has skype on their computer for FREE for as long as you like..

if you want to call them and they don't have skype, or are using a telephone then it is $.02 a minute. You can talk for hours.
