Only time will really tell, but Scooter did his job, he kept his mouth shut and didn't implicate ether Cheney or Rove. While it is known that the order to out Plame came from above him he did not tell, there is a pardon in the future for him so I doubt that he will now. Maybe with further investigation it will happen. But I really have my doubts. The crimes by this administration will go on until something happens though. Sooner or later they will not be able to cover them up and they will fall like the house of Usher.

The Plame investigation is over for all intents and purposes at this point. The investigation failed to garner evidence which would support any indictment against Mr. Cheney. Contrary to what many believe Libby was not charged because information about Plame was leaked, but rather because he lied under oath in the matter. There are those who will believe that Libby is a fall guy and this may indeed be true. If he is then I would say he has carried out his role effectively.
dorianalways: There are numerous hunting accidents every year. All are investigated and charges are not filed in most cases. You should really learn the facts before jumping into a tangent for which there is not actual evidence to support your position.

Libby was the fall guy, plain and simple. Cheney won't be charged with anything. The higher-ups within an organization rarely are.

He will be charged with nothing.....
It is amazing, Clinton used to be known as Teflon......He has nothing on these guys......they have skated for some amazing things......The outing of a CIA agent for political reasons is just one of them.....
How about exaggerating (or even fabricating evidence) to congress in an effort to go to war......
No....he will be charged with nothing......
These are difficult days for our great nation.....but we will rebound...

It would have been unethical for Libby's lawyers to put Libby or Cheney on the stand under oath.......what does that tell you???
You can't committ perjury if you don't testify!!!
I wonder why Fitzgerald didn't put Cheney on the stand????
