When will yahoo mail update their Security Certificate?

When I go to yahoo mail I keep getting a Security Alert pop up.
Alert says that the Security Certificate on this web page has expired or is not updated. Please explain what that means?

The certificate is updated. The reason why your getting the error message is because you date and time on your computer are wrong. Fix the system time and date and the error will get cleared. You can do it by double clicking the time on the taskbar.

setting the date & time???nope.i have tried it all,and none of it works.is there anyone on here who knows how to fix this issure,or not??
