How can one team winning all the time be good for a game that used to have a proud history of local men playing for their local teams they supported as boys. By chance one club would find a generation of players that played so well together as a team they could come from nowhere to beat all-comers.
Look at all the teams that took championships and domestic cups over the years. Now there are only 3 or 4 clubs that will win.
Look back to the 70s and 80s at the number of clubs that won European honours or reached finals, Villa, Forest, Ipswich, Everton, Leeds, etc Now what do we have the same 4 clubs
Ever since you could buy a team the competition has deteriorated
Look at the National teams of the home Nations of these islands who used to be made up of players all playing at the top flight clubs. Now if you even get on the bench you get a cap because there are so few home players being groomed into the teams. Players are now coming from lower divisions. The International teams will never win a tournament again.
Is that GOOD?
No it's not really is it

No it's terrible because you are dishonourable in victory
When you have come up against teams that play quality football in the last few years you have kicked them off the park to win. Liverpool last week for one. Arsenal on a number of occasions. Bully boy tactics and then whinging that you don't get decisions. Look at the stats. When does a visiting team ever get a penalty decision at Old Trafford.
No glory can be gained from winning the way they do
