lol I've never heard anything about getting infections from going commando. I would think the reverse is more likely since you get infections and thrush if you wear tight panties that create a warm environment for bacteria to grow in.
I rarely wear panties and I never get infections or anything. You can do it with pants or a dress. I would actually highly recommend it. The first time I just didn't have any clean undies so I thought 'screw it'. But it's like the first time you wear a g-string/thong and realise how much better it feels.

I really hate the confining feeling of under and hardly ever wear any, no matter where I'm going or what I'm wearing. I've never had any type of infection from going commando, and really like the way it feels and looks.

Obviously, certain guys are always going to try to look up our skirts or down our shirts no matter what we're wearing...that's how guys are! If they like what they see, good for them; if not, that's what they get for sneaking a peek!

Either way, it's no big deal for me and I really believe that there are obvious health benefits from going without underwear.

Plus, it looks great and feels sexy to be naked under a thin, single layer of clothes.
