I used to know a site but I can't remember too well. Let me think for a minute. Ok I know it had something to do with www.homestead.com but I think there was another site I used to. Hmm... more thinking. I think homestead used to offer free web hosting with an advertisement bar, and I found a way to remove the advertisement bar to get a completely free website. I just checked homestead.com and I don't think they offer that anymore so that plan appears foiled. You want a domain name don't ya? I think it was through homestead but maybe there was another component to my former free websites that I'm forgetting...more thinking...ok now I vaguely remember I used www.namezero.com to get a free domain name somehow. All this occured like 5 years ago so bear with me. I did something with www.namezero.com, www.homestead.com, and I might have used www.geocities.com in some fashion or another. that's need registration to the www web portal
and that's trully diffcult
they will charge you somthing
or else you better search on wwww portals for free sites
i think ftp provides solution

you should make your own page first you can use micorsoft frontpage or notepad(kinda complicated) then upload it to the host... www.geocities.com, www.tripod.com,
