should i work for state farm as a producer agent or entry-level management job?

i graduated last year with a business degree and plans on getting my mba later on in the future. I want a career in management. Now days employers want 3-5 years of experience. Should i look for an entry level management job and work there for like 3 years till i find a better job or should i accept the job by state farm as a producer agent. State Farm offer me a better pay than most entry-level job.

once youre there a year they will pay for most of your mba and there are a ton of managment positions opening within the next 3-5 years. they only hire managment from within. its a huge company that has any business division you could ever want to work in. hr marketing IT, learning and development...the list goes on. once you have been there for a year or so they will let you job shadow in other departments and see what you want to do w/ your career. they dont expect you to stay at the job you started from. plus they are all over the counry in almost every major city so if you ever want to move you can be transfered and still have a job!
