While he was found guilty of leaking Ms. Plames identity and then lying about it. The truth may never be known, as a good little minion of the Bush administration he didn't reveal who was behind him or who give the orders. Everything points to Karl Rove, and Dick Cheney but proof has got to be there before they will take their rightful fall. In answer to your question, yes he was the fall guy for this failed and criminal administration

Scooter Libby shouldnt go to jail because of leak but because he knew that the report about yellowcake uranium was bogus and because he didn't say anything about it when Bush decided to ignore CIA Intelligence which had already confirmed its nonauthenticy and went ahead with the AntiIraq campaign
He was a co-conspirator along with UnderSecretary of State Mike Grossman and Cheney.

I'm as opposed to this as I was to Ken Starr and clan. It is ugly politics. The stronger the far right and far left become the uglier the political campaigns get. Politics as usual and I'm tired of it.

I wish Liberal Republicans and Conservative Democrats would break away and start a third party. They have more in common than they do with their own leadership within their own parties.

I don't believe so.

Please show me where they said this. I know there were a number of jurors that were not happy about convicting the man but I have yet to hear that they believed he was some type of fall guy. Then again, I haven't been glued to the tv since all of this happened.

Yup, thank goodness nobody went and charged all the people from the Clinton admin. when they concealed all his crimes and perjury. Then we'd have to march with Jane Fonda by ourselves.
