Hypertext Markup Languae (HTML) behaves as a host/container to JavaScript and other similar scripting languages. In a way it adds the otherwise missing dynamism and interactivity in HTML. Wirhout adding JavaScript or VBScript, HTML is not that much fun.

hatml is most basic

javascript has more functionalities

htms is platform independent

jscript needs Runtime

html pages are more static

jscript holds both Static and dynamic

so these is the relation between these two
