Use the introduction to explain the experiment in plain English. What is the experiment trying to prove? What are you going to start off by doing, and how do you expect it to turn out ?

What benefit does this experiment have for mankind in general?

No one is going to do your homework for you. Get on the internet and do a search about the information and write your own introduction. Make sure you cover everything in the introducution that you are going to cover in your report.
