You're a girl, right? And you have a lot of female friends, yes? So there's a lot to work on~! "Girls today" is a very broad topic! You can talk about anything and everything about girls!
You can talk about the girls' attitude towards studying [whether they like it or not], or towards the opposite sex. -_-; Or what do you usually go out shopping for... Your favourite past times, what sort of music/movies you like... etc.
There's a lot to talk about~! Just think a bit harder~ ^_^
