I have been using lower watt light bulbs for some time. We do some recycling and our town is going to vote soon on curbside recycling. We don't drive much but we still have reasonably Conservative vehicles. We limit our watering and use a programmable thermostat. My wife and I always shower one after the other while the water hot instead of running the hot again. You asked a good question. We all need to think about little things we can do to help.

I try to carpool, and only drive when necessary. Other times, I just try to walk or ride a bike. It may not be much, but if everyone did this, it would have a huge effect on the problem.

Recycling everything that can be...utilizing grey water from the washing machine to water the garden...having shorter showers and less water pressure...changed my fuel in the car...use heating and air conditioner less, same in the car...walk when I can...just to name some things in an instant, changed my personal soap to all natural products, same with shampoo and conditioner, use recycled paper products...etc.etc. things that now have enriched my life more...don't quite know how that works, but it has.........thankx for the question...

I'll worry about that when Al Gore stops using more than his share of the resources.
