What is current status of real estate market now in mumbai?? will there ba any price corrections??

The real estate market is poised for growth for the next 2-3 months. The correction may take place around july, 07. This prediction may be true if there is no bad news nationally or internationally that dampens sentiments for the period.

Real estate is localized in pockets at times. Depends on condo, land, commercial etc... I think commercial is the way to go.
