Whether or not she goes is up to you. If you feel that the circumstances of the outing are not safe (no parental supervision, for example), then you simple tell her she can't go. End of story.

If it really worries you, just think of yourself why she is going out, if you be friendly and close to her iam sure she will not go out with her other friends, you try to be more friendly with her, discuss everything(A toZ) to her, you take your daughter wherever she loves to go, you invite her friends (whether it is boy or girls doesn't matter) to your home, you also try to mingle with them because it will be the chance for you to know whether she is moving with good friends or not, so as a parent it is all in your hand only, as a parent you be very close to her as a best friend.

Prevent her firmly before things get out of control. Tell parents of friends your apprehension. Lodge a police complaint secretly against her bad friends. When the problem comes under control, besoft and sympathetic with her. Give her a part of your time too. Take your family out frequently for sight seeing and entertainment.
