Poverty may cause crime but it doesn't cause wars.
Wars require money to wage and as the resources are used up more and more of the reserve are channeled into means of war.
In war torn areas where extreme poverty exists fighters often fire machine gun blasts into the air,like the idiots they are.Bullets are expensive.
All in all war has been a scourge on mankind down through the ages,with poverty and strife.

The answer would be both. While poverty is not the only cause of war it can surely be defined as one of the major ones. There will always be people who see others with more and in turn will be willing to use force to obtain what they desire or need. Wars cause poverty because of the destruction of resources and services. Destroying the infrastructure of a country will always displace large numbers of people and deprive them of essential services and necessities.

it's not someting to believe in it's a fact .wars causes poverty, but i don't think poverty causes wars it's stupid think about it !! in all the wars in history none of them were caused by poverty

i might have reported poverty itself is a topic AND the basis reason for all different international issues. How can we do away with poverty? by using breaking down obstacles. by using allowing human beings to connect and proportion interior the international industry place. not by using construction little partitions around econonomies and societies. overlook charity. the thank you to truly help the unfavorable is to enable them to sell in spite of unique comparitive benefit they own. No! And No! Germany and England made war and neither could be considered poor. Poor has nothing to do with war except in it's wake.
