Bad picture on internet tv?

Why am i getting a bad picture when watching live screening on internet tv.
I never had this problem before but had to reinstall windows xp. now no matter what service i choose to watch , the picture is all pink and green. I can just about make out the characters specially when watching football. The pitch is pink .
Help me , , ive asked this before and got no replys , hoping to be luckier this time

My first guess would be a driver problem or missing. Check your video card drivers, and then look into possible internet browser problems. Mozilla frequently has problems for me. Also, you may need some software to view the TV in the first place. Just a few ideas to look into. Good luck.
