i am wondering what this means.

it's usually said about divas who cause a fuss on set.

they say of them "they like to read"

where does this come from?

cheers

I think it means when they read about themselves in tabloids saying they act like divas they try to act the part to convince the paparazzi that they are divas. Hope I helped!

Maybe it means they like to read about themselves, as in tabloids or celebrity magazines. maybe it's why they stir up trouble; to make headlines. I don't know.
