i recieved an email saying I won money and to send info to ukniclaimsagendept@yahoo.co.uk is this for real or a scam?

This is a commonly known hoax known as a "Phishing Scam."
Anything involving you sending or receiving money, or personal information such as bank account numbers, credit card information and such is definitely a scam and should be deleted right away. Do yourself [and your bank account] a favor, and delete the message. If at all possible, report it to cox.net.
