I have personally tried it and found great joy and thought would share it with others.Would love to hear what others feel.If all followed this approach would the world not become a really happy place and great peace would come.Happiness and peace lies in doing good to others for the sake of the pleasure of the Creator.

I think doing good for others is always a good idea. It helps them, even if you don't derive any benefit from it. Although I have read many studies that show people who volunteer to help others have lower stress levels, elevated moods, and better health. Whether your goal is to please your god, to make life better for others, or simply to use your time in a constructive way, I agree that altruistic action is probably one of the best ways to spend your time.

I totally believe the truth. in truth we've born in this global no longer for our own sake yet to help the unlucky brethren to finish fill their consumer-friendly needs of existence. we've not born to have a good time with yet to serve different a lot less fortunate beings. service is the optimal distinctive feature even as accomplished selflessly. in truth all prophets, seers and saints of all religions emphasis service more suitable than prayer. Sai Baba has stated that the fingers that serve are holier than the lips that pray. besides the undeniable fact that the service could be easily selfless to develop into efficient. nagarajan.

If all, did just one good deed a day, what a difference it would make.
Then two good deeds a day....and so on.

Positive thinking.....Just a way of life...:O)
