The toilet will flush. But if you have well and/or septic, the well tank will not fill up, nor will the pump send the water to the septic field. When we lose our electric I tell the kids.."If it is yellow let it mellow,...If it is brown flush it down"

If you have public water but if you have your own well and water pump it will only flush once and the tank won't fill again without the water pump working. You can always dump a gallon of water down the toilet to make it flush.

Do you have city water , or a well? City water will work fine without electricity. A well requires an electric pump to move the water. Also, if you have a basement toilet, it may ave an electric sewage pump.

if you have well water it will flush once, but then the tank will be empty, if you have city water, it should still work without power.

yes of course it will unless it's one of those toilets that mush all the waste ,domestic toilets don't run on power
