I am in Berkshire, South East England in a 3 bed semi and our mortgage is £1080 per month.
I can offer you some example of rental prices too as I run a letting agency
1 BED RIVERSIDE STAINES £850.00 PER CAL MTH
3 BED SEMI HAYES £775.00 PER CAL MTH
5 BED DETACHED - HILLINGDON £1500 PER CAL MTH

I'm in London and I pay £1200 per month for a 3 bedroom flat, interest only mortgage- this goes up to about £1500 next year to repay the capital
thats about €1,760 a month
