Okay, I happen to be not the best player, I just play because it is fun but I am still sad to know that some my classmates are better than me.
How could I cope for that?

If you have the zeal to be better than them, then dont ask these silly questions to waste the time of all, go and practice of that sport and you will be the best as practice makes man perfect. not questions.

Unless you are Tiger Woods or Roger Federer there is always someone better than you at your sport.
Play it for fun, sport is not something you should have to 'cope' with.
