Though I haven't visited all the Malls in India, but one which I have come across with the maximum number of restaurants / dinning places is the "Pacific" Mall at the Anand Vihar Crossing in Delhi/Ghaziabad border.

I guess it is the Nirmal lifestyle at Mulund Mumbai which would have the maximum number of dining spaces.
have been wanting to write about Nirmal for quite some time now as it proclaims itself to be India’s biggest mall. Well, I have not seen too many malls in other cities but here in Mumbai Nirmal is certainly the biggest and the best. And the best part is that its in the distant suburb of Mulund! Not in snobbish South Mumbai. Unfortunately they did not allow me to take pictures inside but my camera did get a peek from the outside and that is what I am showing here. It shows barely a tenth of the mall.

Many restaurants dot the place and the ones that are on the top of my mind are Sachins, Cafe Coffee Day, Mocha, MacDonalds, Fine Dine, Pizza Hut, and a cheap Pizza place. More are coming up. There are also a lot of small eateries selling stuff cheap like dosas, roti rolls, ice-cream, popcorn, doughnuts and soft-drinks. There is a snacky place inside Crosswords too. And ofcourse, the ready-to-eat food at Shoprite. Overall, no dearth of food at Nirmal!

Including this there are also some good eatries like the Rajdhani and The Grill which definitely give a great value for money .

I'm not going to India to visit a Mall; that experience can be
had without travelling around half the planet. The India I want
has its restaurants on crowded streets and I want a sidewalk
table to watch Indians by day or night. I'll want to discover my
dining places in the countryside too where a weary traveller can relax at wayside smelling the nearby fields. Oh, India, rescue me from the monolistics.
