You may need to switch off System Restore as back up files may be hiding in there, and it will just restore itself. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
Run your anti virus and anti spyware in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.

Then beef up your security. Its easier to prevent malware getting on to your sytem in the first place rather than trying to remove it. All the following programs are free for home use;

You need to install one firewall.

the driver cleaner pop up is a adware infection on your p.c,this is a common adware that has been growing over the last year,but it can easily be stopped by unstalling 1)spybot(http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html),this is the program that will clean the adware from your p.c and also stop it from happening again,it does this by using a imunize feature,which blocks bad adresses in internet explorer
then you need to download and install 2)adaware personal(http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10045910.html?part=dl-ad-aware&subj=dl&tag=top5),this will give your p.c a final sweep just to make sure that spybot has not left anything ,however this program dosent protect ,its just a scanner
with regards to the security package you downloaded,you may find its got a spyware/adware cleaner built in so this will give you a good solid anti-spyware defence
also if you like,windows defender is a really good anti-malware program to have on your p.c,and it requires 0% maintenence,it works quitely in the background and if it does find any nastys,it deletes them ,you can download windows defender from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=435BFCE7-DA2B-4A6A-AFA4-F7F14E605A0D&displaylang=en
i hope this helps.............good luck

yer pop up is likely area of a few application you downloaded, or allowed in through your broswer. do not understand what you scanned with, yet gotta ask your self. in case you hit upon and delete that application popup will flow away. may be any type of document. many reliable scanners on-line.
