Years ago I read 1984 by George Orwell, and slowly I have seen this country become more like it.
I complain to my boyfriend all the time. He says I am being paranoid. I am not, we are being 'followed' and tagged more and more.
Our children will find it completely normal and wouldnt bllink an eye at ID cards, DNA on file as routine and pay as you go road tax.
It is all to do with change of the freedoms we have now. We dont want anything taken away from us, or even more freedom given to us, because it make us uncomfortable.
So honestly in a few years, when we are crying, the young one will be thinking we are old and behind the times because 'In my days....' will be rolling off our tongues.
