As an Englishman, it always amazes me how the American nation has such a huge gun culture which is, not only legal, but actually encouraged.In my humble opinion you couldnt trust a American with a pea shooter.Too many friendly fire instances.from "gung ho" soldiers who "pack heat"

Soo true! They might be better as some are such losers that they are obsessed with guns their entire lives, they even give them names ffs! They have more psychos going about on killing sprees and more shootings than any other country on the planet!
Everyone knows the SAS are the best special forces on the planet though. Almost every other special forces team in the world is based on them and their techniques/strategies.
To conclude, any retard can point a gun & pull the trigger. In America, it's easier for the retards to get hold of guns.

Dear Sidney, I do so enjoy getting up here on the east coast (no, I don't mean Lincolnshire or somewhere like that, but North Carolina) and reading your amusing take on American sharp-shooting. When you asked this last week a nice Marine from California offered to demonstrate his and his comrades' shooting prowess. Have you taken him up on the offer? I hear California is very nice at this time of year. Never been myself but my wife has. Really, it would be a trip of a lifetime for you. The exposure to other cultures is wonderful. And then, the main event - you standing in the middle of a Marine firing range with a tin can on your head - I'd remortgage my house to see that one. In fact, I'd offer to stand on the range and replace the tin can each time it gets knocked off. Which would be quite a lot. Lisa Nowak won't be needing her astronaut diapers (nappies to you) any time soon so maybe we can acquire her surplus for you, while you're standing there getting shot at.
Let us all know when you're crossing the pond so we can give you a good old-fashioned Apple-Pie American welcome.

I agree with Wolfsburgh completely. As an american its my constitutional right to bear arms. Infact sometimes if I'm feeling a bit froggy I might peek a boo some shoulder and a bit of calf. I bet you like that....ahhhh freedom.

You would have thought that as they are brought up with weapons they would treat them with respect, but they are American and we must make allowance's for that. As for being best shooters i don't think so, not if you take their overall record of blue on blue kills, plus the fact if you watch any of those shoot out we see on TV, then they are totally crap shooters.

The most prolific certainly but maybe not the most accurate. And they seem to have a problem telling the difference between friend and foe.
