As for being tired in the morning are you getting enough good rest at night? Like at least 8 hours? If not, try that first and see how you feel after 5-7 days. YES it takes time for your body to get back on track with sleep - unfortunately you never really 'catch up' you just get back on schedule.
If that is not the case and you have physio - speak with the therapist to see if your physio is what is causing the aches. If not, and you are getting the sleep mentioned above, please speak with your primary doctor. You may have gotten mono or another virus that 'gets' you when you are stressed. If you have something like mono, you will need to keep eating well, sleep even more and keep exercising. Take care!

I knew someone with fibromyalgia who complained of similar feelings. I doubt you have it, but try looking up the symptoms on the web and compare. Either way, you should schedule a physical with your primary doctor and let him know how you feel.

It just be that your bones are sore becasue you are growing still, do you play sports? If so that may make you sore also. Maybe take a warm bath, and just relax and take some advil, and then just go to sleep...

it's growing pains
Your outer body is growing so fast your inner body can't keep up and that's why you ache.

Why in the world are you seeing a psycho because of your body going through 'growth spurts'......................... they should end soon.
This is quite normal for teenagers and certainly nothing a 'shrink' can solve............................
Take some Aleve and move on.
