no I don' t think she will. her lawyer will always get her off by sending her to rehab

Actually I dont think she will ever get to the point of going to jail. She is just to wealthy and obvioulsy has a great lawyer if she's already not in jail. She gets of scot free every time!

Highly unlikely. She'll have the best of legal representation and her family has a lot influence. She'll be fined heavily and given a slap on the wrist and told not to be a naughty girl whilst driving.

They should put her in jail just for being herself. It should be a crime to be that annoying. I doubt she will go to jail for driving offences but it would be awesome if she did!

It is unlikely that she will go to jail. The media has it that she will probably do community work....and make a (generous) donation to a charitable organization.

i think she should go to jail because shes been getting away with it HEAPS of times because she famous! if she was a normal person she would have already been to jail with no chances and not getting away with it!
