When you have your period, is the flow so heavy that you go limp and feel faint? Do you have major cramps too?

My flow is heavy (I get really annoyed by that) And I do get sorda bad cramps that require Tylenol or some pain killer..
But not to the extent of going limp and feeling faint. You might want to check with a doctor. They might have some kind of medication that can help.
One of my friends goes to the doctor whenever she gets her period to get a shot (not anything major.. Dont worry. But get yourself checked. Might be hormonal imbalance or something like that)
Good luck!

You can avoid these cramps. Drink in a lot of water or taken in a lot of fluids a day or two before you are due. Don’t miss a meal during this time. It is mostly due muscle fatigue or dehydration. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
