No mention of the microfilter?

You should have a microfilter between your DSL router and the phone line.. and between the phone and the phone line tokeep line c*** out of the broadband and broadband c*** out of the phone calls.

Maybe your extension lead acts just about enough as a filter?

if your broadband works fine and carrys on working when the phone line is in use then there is no need to worry mate.

tho try it without the microfilter? see what happens

also if you have the right sofware for you broadband installed then itshould work if you use a network software but ur using a broadband modem them it takes a while for your computer to find the comection!
