Your question is not much clear. I think you are looking for a clearance certificate from Saudi authorities and at present you are staying in Abu Dhabi. It depends which kind of certificates you are looking for. If it is police clearance or a no objection letter from your former sponsor etc, no way you have to contact concerned in Saudi itself. For other kinds of documents you can contact the Saudi Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
