I don't know how to keep them from seeing whn I am checking e-mail or on a website.

Carry a self-contained Linux system on a USB drive or a CDROM and boot up from that. When you're done, reboot again - nothing will be left on the computer. But, if your company/mom/whoever monitors an internet gateway to see who's been naughty they'll still be able to trace it back to you.

Download 'Deep Freeze 5'(name of company is faronics).shift+double click at system tray icon.password is 53531234.choose 'boot frozen' to lock your local or c:.'Boot frozen' to unlock.Then restart.All activities are not be recorded after you turn on back your pc.Please take note, save all files in second partition or D: if you are need it to be saved.
