My friend at work was a horror story with cps. Her ex accused and her current husband had kids from a different marraige, so they investigated.....they found one of his children with a lung disease so they took all the children away from both of them.

He had documented that fact years ago, but since it was her ex investigating they had to redo everything, even though he had his daughter in a state program to help her develop her collapsed lung "something like that", it was a born deficiency that was being taking care of through medicine.

She finally got her children back but by that time the husband sued my friend for insufficient care of the kids. She had to pay I don't know how much money just to ever see them again, but by this point her current husband found a job in Vegas so they moved there. I'm not sure what happened after that, but cps can sure ruin peoples picnic, they just have to have a word that a child's life is in question and they act on that only.

I know that service is to protect children, but never once have I heard how they saved a kid from a bad situation, only the trouble they have made with real working people who raise their kids.

CPS seems like a joke to me, a really scary, horror story joke.

I have the worst horror story that is still going on and will for the rest of my life. Because my now ex husband wanted to get rid of me; he used the cps bitches to help him. My poor children lost their mother; They had some order that I could not hit my children and nothing would have happened since I never hit them; except that for some stupid reason, my husband's name was on the order too. He got me to "push" him and he was so happy he had me arrested. The next day in jail when I saw the judge, both the defense lawyer there and the judge agreed to dismiss it and let me go home because it had nothing to do with my kids. But as soon as I got home cops came with some order my husband must have gotten from cps while I was in jail and they threw me out of my house because I pushed my husband.

I had to live on my sister's couch and not see my kids for so long every 3 months I went back to the family
court. where the cps bitches told lies of what a horrible mother I was and my husband got himself ***** lawyers saying the same lies.

during this time I went back to my house when my asshole husband was there 3 times and talked to him. Once he gave me my mail and some groceries and the last time my baby 3 year old girl stood looking up at me. I told her I would be home soon; I thought I would, since I did nothing for this; even thought each time I left, my husband called the cops and I had to keep going to jail.

So I ended up in criminal court too and after a year of hell; I had to plea bargain and say that I harassed my husband. I don't know why I had to say that because my father got me the lawyer and he never talked to me I until I was in front of the judge and told me I had to say it

the judge yelled at me and said I couldn't go near my husband for FIVE YEARS I just cried then

So I could never go home. my husband got divorced, but I wouldn't let him get a catholic church annulment
he moved his girlfriend in my childrens house.

thank god my father is paying my rent he in no way rich at all. if he couldn't pay I would be homeless.

SO MY HUSBAND IS BEST FRIENDS WITH CPS BITHCES, THE HORRIBLE FAMILY COURT JUDGE AND ESPECIALLY THE CRIMINAL COURT JUDGE.

8 AND A HALF YEARS OF TOTAL HELL. I DID NOT GET TO RAISE MY BABIES THEY ARE 12 AND 15 NOW

I TOLD THEM BY NOW EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED, but they have to grow up in that horrible house.

IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY COMMON SENSE HIS NAME SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ON A CHILDEN'S ORDER

I NOW KNOW EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED WHAT MY HUSBAND DID BUT BACK THEN I WAS VERY CONFUSED AND DID NOT KNOW THEY WOULD SAY I COULD NOT GO HOME FOR FIVE YEARS

I JUST REMEMBER THOSE CPS WITCHES SMILING EVERY THREE MONTHS AFTER THE ASSHOLE JUDGE ADJOURNED IT FOR THREE MORE MONTHS
