You'll burn calories fast playing tennis. The trick is though, you pretty much have to be playing against someone better than you....someone that will make you run fron side to side. I went from 150 pounds to 135 in a summer playing almost every day.

Track and field or Gymnastics.

Both are tough to train for and you use every muscle in your body.
