My silverado 4x4 the Tow and Hall button does work, does anyone know what is wrong with it?

If it does work then nothing is wrong with it.

Maybe the light is just burnt out. It's kind of hard to tell if it's working right. All it does is reduce transmission shifting frequency when you're towing something.

Could ba a blown fuse or brake lite switch.In tow haul it keeps trans out of overdrive and it is wired through brake lites if you have cruise control.
