They can meet any opponent now. Do you really think UEFA will risk all 4 English clubs getting through to the semi finals, I don't think so. Just see who they all get in the draw and tell me it ain't fixed.

Liverpool can be drawn with any clubs in the quarter-finals of the 2006-2007 UEFA Champions' League. therefore, there is no seedings & no country protection from the quarter-finals stage.

To answer your question yes they can meet anybody.
I agree with ANON if all four English sides get through then two of those sides will be drawn together. Two years ago, Milan, Inter & Juventus were all in the 1/4 finals and they put Milan & Inter together. There is no way UEFA would risk having four English sides in the semis.

After watching the Chelsea match last night (YES WE WON!!!!)
I am sure the commintators said that they could be up against anyone in the next round.
So they would not be country protected anymore.
Shame really, as it would of meant a english club had a very good chance of being in the final.

at this point they can play against any of the teams still in the champions. it doesn't matter if they are from the same country or from the same group from 2 rounds ago. hence they are playing psv again and if they win they might play against chelsea, if they both win. but i think that they will only play against psv, for they will be eliminated by psv.
