Take a vitamin B complex tablets. Eat well. Lots of vegetables!
I've also read to massage your scalp. I have the same problem. I don't think my hair is as full as it once was.
Don't wash your hair EVERY DAY. Maybe every other day is better. Avoid using products like hair spray and other gunk. Let your hair air dry or use the hair dryer on low heat. Don't hold the dryer so close to your head.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tinyurl.im/aH7Qp While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Could be a lot of things, best bet is to go to a dermatologist. Stress, infection and fungus can all cause hair loss. If you have an itchy scalp, the scratching could also cause damage to your hair and make it fall out. The only way to know how to fix it is to know what is causing it. But you could try a shampoo or conditioner with tea tree oil, tea tree oil itself or t/sal therapeutic shampoo by neutrogena. My mother had hair loss at a very young age and she did go to a dermatologist. Her scalp wasn't as healthy as it could have been and it was very sensitive. He gave her some meds. and shampoo and her hair stopped falling out and grew back.

As a Hair Dresser I've seen this quite often. Most important when you look at the Hair, does it have a tiny whitish looking bulb on one end? If so, it is coming out from the scalp. This is natural, just as long as it is not coming out in an abundance. Is you hair thick? If not, and your scalp is showing more. You can purchase a few good products to slow this down.

You may be going through a stressful time right now and if you are then it will stop loosing your hair the way you have. But you do normally loose alot more then you think daily. Are you taking vitamins then you should. I know there is something called rogaine. But I would be watching your diet, I would be changing shampoo. And I have heard mayonnaise and egg works but oh how sloppy. Good luck.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/JcqX2
Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.
Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.
Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.

Pls get in touch with your dr to rule out hormone imbalances such as hypothyroidism (one of the symptoms of this is hair loss) but in the mean time I started taking a multi-vitamin to help with my hair. My multi-vitamin is a prenatal vitamin and no I've never been pregnant. I've been taking it for 7 years and found it very helpful for my skin too. I get mine at Wal-Mart over the counter. I found out from the pharmacist at my Wal-Mart that the prenatal vitamin is the best vitamin for a woman to take.
I did ask my dr as well to be on the safe side and she said it was ok for me to take. Check with your dr to see if it's ok for you to try and doing this.
As one of the other posters suggested B Complex is also very good for helping hair. I take it too but for a different reason. I get mine at The Vitamin Shoppe.
