there are holes in our bitumen driveway which is made over water bound. some suggest to repair it with Plain cement concrete and some says PCC is not suitable to fit with the dense. to get it repaired with the bitumen layer is coslty affair. please advice cheap and best solution for repairing bitumen dense driveway.

I assume that by "bitumen", you mean asphalt. First task is to compact the gravel or stone under the area where the patch will be laid. Next step is to pour the area full of "asphalt patch" and tamp it down while keeping the top smooth. Asphalt patch is a bagged material that is available at almost any lumber company, many hardware stores, and all home inprovement centers like Lowe's and Home Depot. It is cheap and is the same material that the city or county road departments use to patch potholes in the winter.
