No, because it takes at least 4 minutes to make a cup of tea with any kind of flavour.

sure is! use very little water, just the bare amount you need for one cup, and have everyhting ready while the kettle is boiling!

yes the Japanese don't boil the water they turn it off just before as it helps the flavor seep through better...GO!!!
