I bought an item from eBay last November. I sent a money order but seller claimed didn't receive payment. I reported it not received but seller again claimed no payment was gotten. Finally the post office sent me proof it was cashed,a photo copy front and back with persons signature. So how do I report it ?

hope you didn't lose too much money because it might be past the deadline....try the item not receieved button in your my ebay page though.
money orders aren't the safest method and sellers just love to prey on newbies who don't know any better....take it as lesson learned. even with money order you still can file the complaint with ebay...you were right to get the photo copy but i think there's a time limit for filing

Hi! you have 45 days to file a claim, however since you have paid with money order neither paypal nor eBay will do much about this transaction. in order to be protected you have to use paypal only.
on the other hand, you have to find out who cashed the document, you can not file a claim against the seller unless you have a real proof that they did it, otherwise it won't be validated.

sign in to your eBay account , then go to help and there is a section for reporting problems if eBay customer can prove they are not responsible for your dispute you may need to get a tracking code from seller

fax a copy of each step . and the MO .you can get the # from ebay or pay pal .
