I want to say yes but depending well my feelings are like the Butterfly Effect Movie you should just let nature run its course and not be the decider TO BENEFIT FROM CHANGING destiny
Even if you knew at some point in time a meteorite which is coming in 2016 was headed for our planet obliterating our existence as we knew it well we see it coming and could correlate a means of action to dissuade the meteorite through pulses from the satellite 2 bump it a notch so gravity can move the object over a bit missing our planet that's logic

Leave well enough alone I am a believer of Fate
I do believe strongly when someone you never reached out to comes into your life this was meant to be, Now whether or not they were meant to be in your life for a while or the rest of your life is well a part of a plan a purpose God intended to help in your future endeavors or visaversa.
An association neg or positively no one knows allow trial and error and destiny to run its course but you do so with precautions logically.

The first future I'd like to see would be mine. As for others I would tell them the good things likely to happen so that they r happy & keep the sad parts to myself, as causing grief to others, is just not my cup of tea!

I would figure out how people would react, then, decide, if I can see into the future.

What good would it do? A person is going to do whatever he or she wants no matter the outcome.
