Both the PCOS and the Yasmin could possibly be causing the cramping but I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side.

Well the PCOS will give you cramps and they will hurt but I took yasmin for a little while but it did make me even more irregular. Talk to your doctor about taking Yaz which is the main birth control used for PCOS. You may have to take menz medication to make the cramps go away but this birth control will make sure that you stay steady and also you can have short periods meaning less cramping time. Good luck!

With PCOS you either need to go on a low dose or a high dose of pill. I am on the dianne and it has helped me stop those life stopping periods pain. Have another chat to your doctor and see what they say.
