Chinggis Khan was an experienced fighter and killed his childhood enemies with his own hands. Napoleon was an accomplished fencer. They were both pretty short dudes. European fencing was probably superior, in absolute terms, to the sword skills of an unmounted Mongol warrior of Chinggis' time. I'm going with Napoleon.
