The CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) is not part of the United States Military. In fact, I suggest you go back and read how this leak scandal started and how it was the result of Ambassador Joe Wilson deciding to do the right thing and expose the fact that Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Rice all knew that when Bush delivered his State of the Union addressing, saying that intelligent sources revealed that Saddam Hussein had purchased yellowcake uranium from Niger and was planning to use it towards manufacturing WMDs, it was a big LIE! Dick Cheney leaked Valerie Plame-Wilson's name because her husband knew that they were about to start a war based on a lie. We (the American people) should've never known about Plame because she was a covert agent. Because of their being selfish, they put her life, not to mention, those that worked with her, talked with her or even briefly associated with her, at risk because to this day, spying is illegal in every country in the world. She, as well as others, could've been caught, tortured and killed!
I say you go back and start getting the facts before you start blabbing off your opinion that's clearly unreseached, not to mention, idiotic.

If your really kept up with the story you would have known that it wasn't Libby that outed Ms Plame!!! Another thing you probably didn't know was....She was never a covert agent,just an analyst!!! And that my friend is not against the law!!!
